Created entire web-based medical appointment manager for
21st Century Medical Scanning doctor offices and call center in under 3
weeks (using ASP, VB script, CSS for IE5, and Oracle).
Gizmo.com - Senior Systems Analyst - June 2000 to July 2000 (6 weeks)
Financial and transaction automation for GizmoAuctions.com.
Worked directly with CFO on accounting process enhancements.

Contracted to Frontier Communications (later Global Crossing) as key Clarify
Development engineer. Also did Visual Basic and SQL server project work for

Optimized ASP pages for printing and other ASP programming.

Frontier Clarify Websupport:
Customized the functionality of the Clarify WebSupport application for
three applications. Once for specific internal access and two more times as
back-end CGI interfaces from the Company's "Trouble ticket" database to

carrier lines of business.
Frontier Clarify Call Centers:
Customized the Windows Clarify Client for a variety of applications.
Created customized Clarify forms and code modules. Designed queries,
refined controls, and made database schema changes as needed.
Handled customer interfacing from the development team to the product managers.
Netlink Transaction Systems - October 1998 to March 1999
Was hired to scale their SQL Server based financial
transaction system from 500 accounts to 100,000 accounts, and to build
back-office database applications. Due to a change in priorities
in the startup company, I switched focus and learned Smart Card technology and
its embedded programming language. I wrote the smart card drivers needed for
integration with an ATM product launched in Mexico. (Used VC++, MS SQL 6.5, batch files)
Eastman Kodak, MQAO - Software Engineer - July 1996 to October 1998
Developed Visual Basic and C applications for user interfacing and machine
control for various test equipment and data logging applications. Started and
lead the official department software team in 1997, co-creating a team charter
and instituting process and development standards.
Film Sample Tracking System:
Designed and implemented a client-server database sample tracking system.
Created a Windows NT service to acquire real-time inputs from 10 PLC controlled
incubation machines. Directed the implementation of dual redundant NT servers
to assure 24 hr/7 day system availability. Created the operator interface for
film sample tracking. Created login & system performance utilities.
(Used Visual Basic, Access, DCOM, and DAO.)
Managed the 9 member team and $100,000 budget. Combined and replaced 4
existing systems. Centralized the data repository for better data integrity,
use, and security. Assured reliable failsafe backup for improved maintenance,
and lower vulnerability. Standardized the process instructions for greater
accuracy and understanding. Increased ease of use and flexibility.
Kdens Automated Film Measurement:
Created and refined the custom Densitometer machine and user interface
for 8 worldwide sites. Created ActiveX servers for film transport, data
acquisition, barcode reading, and VAX serial interface. Implemented an
anti-piracy verification scheme using the HASP dongle. Wrote the 50+ page
hyper-linked windows help file (using RoboHelp). Devised a proprietary
customization scripting language for user flexibility. Provided a cost effective
standardized solution for varied customer needs throughout the company.
Increased the functionality and flexibility of the product.

Presented a seminar on using the Windows registry at the Kodak worldwide
software excellence conference, September 1998.

Worked as an Electrical Engineer, designing and building automation and
motion control subsystems for film and photographic paper testing machines used
